  1.  Get your customer to navigate to your listing page

  2.  Scroll to the bottom of the listing and click on 'add new comment'

      

  3.  Complete the form details and comment box (review details) and click 'Submit'

    

  4.  All done. The All About Whitianga team will moderate and once approved the review will be published to your business listing page.

Responding to your customer reviews

The All About Whitianga website has the functionality for business owners to respond to customer reviews. It's a nice way to say thank you to your customer, or if the review is not positive, a chance for you to explain or offer a solution.

How to respond to a review

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Click on your listing page and then scroll to the bottom to see  your customer reviews 

  3. Find the review you wish to respond to and click on the 'Reply to Comment' button

 

  4. Enter your reply in the pop up box and click submit

  5. Your reply will be sent to the All About Whitianga team for moderation and once approved will appear shortly on your page.
