How long will it take before my job will be activated and be able to be viewed by job seekers?
If you pay online using your credit card or Apple Pay, then your job listing will be activated and able to viewed by the public immediately. If you wish to be invoiced the All About Whitianga team will send you an invoice to join up to a direct debit account and activate your listing once your direct debit account has been confirmed.
I haven’t got time to load my job, can you do it for me?
Yes, we can load your job listing for you. Talk to us and send us the information you would like on the ad and we’ll aim to get your job activated within two business days.
How will I know if my job listing is working?
You can measure the performance of your job listing via our track views and application clicks functions. Each individual job listing shows clearly the number of views it has received on the page. If you have created the job page you can login to your administration and see how many people have clicked on the links in the ‘Apply now’ section. If our team set up the job listing for you we can report statistics back to you on request.
How long does the job listing run for?
The job listings run automatically for 30 days. If you require a shorter listing period to accommodate a specific finishing date we can set your listing to deactivate on a specific date. Just let us know. If you don't find the perfect applicant within the first month your listing can easily be extended or renewed as required.

Yes, you can attach a PDF to your job listing, this can be a job description or an application form. You will be able to view the number of downloads that have been made of the PDF over time.
All our job applications are made online via our website – can your job listing do this?
Yes, our ‘Apply Now’ area has a website link area, so online applications can be made via here. You just need to enter the URL address to connect it.
Do I have to have a phone number / email?
You will need either a phone number, email or website link in the ‘Apply Now’ area, otherwise your applicants won’t be able to contact you.
What if I don’t have a company logo?
It’s fine if you don’t have a company logo. We would advise then to include your business name in the title of the job. The logo area will be populated by the All About Whitianga Job Vacancy image instead.
