Tairua Car Club is holding a Classic, hot rod, bike show - all vehicles and spectators welcome!  

Activities are coordinated as part of Seaweek across New Zealand. Events to celebrate the moana-sea along with agencies, businesses, and community groups.

The Whitianga Summer Concert 2026 has been cancelled and has been rescheduled and moved to Auckland's Spark Arena. 

You're invited to enter or come along as a spectator at the Whitianga's American Muscle Street & Custom Club annual 'Whiti Beach Meet' this 4th January 2025! Approximately 200 cars and toys expected.

Hahei Market Day is an annual fun free family event that is a fundraiser for the popular Hahei Community Library. The Library also uses funds raised to support local community projects and organisations that support our community.

The Hahei Library on the Coromandel Peninsula will be holding a fundraising big book sale with books for everyone!

A Taste of Matarangi festival is taking a pause in 2026 but pencil this date that has been confirmed for 2027. It's a day full of great music, delicious food, local produce, fine wine, cold beer and selection of non alcoholic beverages- all at this wonderful beach location in Matarangi!

Members of the American Muscle and Custom Car Club Whitianga will be gathering for the start of their monthly "Cars and Coffee Cruse". They'll be meeting and bringing their old and new American cars, trucks and motorcycles. All spectators are welcome to come and meet members, talk cars and check the vehicles before they head off on their monthly cruse. New members are welcome!

All are welcome to join the regular Mercury Bay Historical Society coffee catch-ups. For those interested in history - it's a great chance to meet likeminded people and to hear fascinating speakers.

25th to 29th March The Repco Beach Hop is back in Whangamata on the Coromandel Peninsula.
