Seaweek Activities Whitianga and around the Mercury Bay

Details of the activities that you can get involved in during Seaweek on the Mercury Bay will be confirmed in 2026 - watch this space!

In 2025 the following events were held - a Community Day Buffalo Beach, Hahei, Cathedral Cove & Coast beach clean, Seaweek at the Cinema, Thirsty Thursday coffees, design a seaweed poster competition and school visits: marine education sessions throughout the week.
