Online tickets on sale Labour Weekend for A Taste of Matarangi Festival 2023

Iconic Matarangi event, A Taste of Matarangi food and wine festival will once again be held in the picturesque seaside village of Matarangi at the local Village Green.Tickets will be available online only from Labour weekend for the much anticipated festival which is all set to return in 2023 on Saturday 1st April.

The festival provides a relaxed day out to enjoy with friends and family. Listen to fantastic local live music, feast on delicious food and sip fine wine and the best craft beers in the region. 

A Taste of Matarangi Committee is excited that after three years of not being able to hold the festival due to Covid-19, the festival is returning. The day has always had such a fabulous relaxed fun vibe. And by buying your tickets and attending you won’t just be helping yourself, you’ll be helping our community by supporting this year’s chosen charities Kuaotunu Search & Rescue and Te Rerenga School.

With its seaside atmosphere and family friendly ticket pricing A Taste of Matarangi is an affordable day out that also gives back to the community. Confirmed artists are Sound Republic, Pow Wow, Chilling in the Name of and the Whitianga Dixieland Band.

Tickets are only available online through A Taste of Matarangi website

  • $25 adults 18years +
  • $5 children 
  • Children under five free.
