A Taste of Matarangi – New Auctions and Competitions added to festival programme

This much-loved festival promises a fantastic day out for all, filled with delicious food, live entertainment, and community spirit. The Festival Committee have supplied the following updates on additions to this years programme:

The Celebration Cake Competition has the winning recipient up for a chance to win a Smeg Cake Mixer and the opportunity for festival goes to purchase some delicious cakes. 

Community cooks - get ready to show off your cake decorating skills in the Celebration Cake Competition and be in to win a stunning Smeg Cake Mixer, proudly donated by Kitchen Things Hamilton and the Alexander family. Cakes are to be made in a home kitchen, not a commercial kitchen. 

Cakes will be silent auctioned on the day, with proceeds going to the festival fundraiser.

With the festival just around the corner, now’s the time to secure your tickets! Online ticket sales close on Friday, 4th April, at 5pm. Gate sales will be available on the day, with Adult tickets at $40 each.
