Inspect Services did a pre-purchase check on a house in Whitianga for me. Steve provided a professional and thorough report covering a series of moisture readings, infa-red imaging, exterior cladding and construction, roofing and interior. He provided photos detailing critical junction points that required constant monitoring to providing a list of items to be considered or repaired. The report was detailed and easy to understand.
