Inspect Services did a pre-purchase check on a house in Whitianga for me. Steve provided a professional and thorough report covering a series of moisture readings, infa-red imaging, exterior cladding and construction, roofing and interior. He provided photos detailing critical junction points that required constant monitoring to providing a list of items to be considered or repaired. The report was detailed and easy to understand. If I was not sure of anything, a simple phone call to Steve and he would easily explain, to giving advice on how best to remedy problems With this report I can feel confident in my decision about buying or pulling out of the purchase of this property. Houses aren’t cheap and if your not in the building trade you need sound advice before any purchase is considered.
