My wife and I have just completed our new home on the Whitianga Waterways. Nick Gill was the builder in charge of this project and we have nothing but praise for the job that he did for us. Nothing was ever an issue, if there were problems, we never heard about them they were just attended to by Nick.
The quality of the workmanship cannot be faulted and Nicks input into changes in the design was invaluable. Dealing with sub contractors can be difficult at times but Nick handled them all with a firm hand and this resulted in finishing the project ahead of time. Nick is a very competent tradesman and organizer and we were very impressed with the way he handled the project. We would have no hesitation in recommending Nick to you and we would use him again should the opportunity arise.

We contracted Nick to build for us in Matarangi. We were immediately impressed by Nick’s professionalism and drive, and he continued to display this throughout our project. Nick told us that he would have it ready for us by Christmas which we thought was a stretch. However he delivered on time and we are delighted with the quality of workmanship and the fact we got to enjoy our first (wet) summer.
Nick was decisive and pragmatic throughout the project. We were building for the first time, but Nick ensured we knew when we had to make decisions and helped steer us when we asked. We absolutely recommend Nick to anyone wanting a high quality, professional and reliable builder.
