Hello Sailor delivering Kiwi classics since the 70's

Hello Sailor built a huge following around the New Zealand pub and club circuit in the late 70’s and beyond, with kiwi classics such as Gutter Black, Blue Lady and Billy Bold, just a few of their hits, many of which have featured in the NZ Top 40 singles charts.

This New Zealand pop/rock band was originally formed in 1975. Although the band first disbanded in 1980, they have continued to reunite during the years since, recording a further four albums and performing numerous live tours and appearances. Core members of the band including Harry Lyon have continued to play and record together in the years following.

In 2011, Hello Sailor were entered into APRA NZ Music Hall of Fame.
