Shave for a Cure at Mercury Bay Area School
The Shave for a Cure event in 2023 will take place at Mercury Bay Area School in the arts quad between 1-2pm on Friday 18th August.

ABOUT LEUKAEMIA AND BLOOD CANCER NEW ZEALAND
Leukaemia and Blood Cancer New Zealand is a charity dedicated to supporting patients and their families with blood cancer or a related blood condition. Through fundraising the chariety supports core services including patient support programmes, research, information, awareness and advocacy.
Fundraising helps patients and families by providing:
- Information packs, education books, and disease-specific newsletters and DVDs
- Emergency assistance vouchers – to get to hospital treatments or for food
- A monkey in My Chair pack for children in long-term hospital treatment
- Contribution to the cost of support group meetings throughout NZ.
