Vaccination Drive in Whitianga
The pharmacy will be open for vaccinations on the weekend of the 21st and 22nd of August. The idea behind this is to give all members of the community that are eligible a chance to to be vaccinated. It's an opportunity for fulltime workers, caregivers and those that live some distance out of town to book an appointment over the weekend. There will be extra staff on to assist and they will be taking 'walk in' appointments too.
On these days a "whanau approach' will be taken and if you are there with a family member and wish to get vaccinated as well, you will be accommodated as long as you are over the age of 16.
Fun and Free Hearing tests too
While you are at the pharmacy, you have the opportunity to have a free hearing test while you wait at one of the two kiosks provided by Triton Hearing.
Matilda the Time Travelling Fairy along with Petunia Fairy will be making an appearance on the Sunday, to keep children entertained with balloon creations!
The CFM Caravan will be creating an atmosphere with music playing and giving out spot prizes.
