We can recommend Studio 77 and Kirstin Castle's without reservation. Her design skills, architectural, and administrative help with regulatory aspects of the building process surpassed our expectations.

Our concept meetings resulted i a design that we truly fell in love with. Kirstin's ability to hear what your hopes and dreams are for the project was reassuring. She had an ability to hear what was important to us and turn it into a reality we hadn't imagined. 

We are nearing completion of our empty nest 'forever home' at Cooks Beach on the section the family has been holidaying on for decades. This was our first completely new home construction. We had lived enough places to know what we didn't want, and we had seen enough home renovation and building shows to know that we did not know nearly enough about how to design or what the process entailed.

After Kirstin came back to us with her concept we were thrilled. She had transformed our simple needs to something elegant. And she treated the existing established garden and native trees on the property that we were hoping to preserve with respect and care. The house is now emerging as a natural part of the section and garden that already existed, yet still feels very modern and elegant.

We couldn't be happier with our choice of architect.
