The Gala Opening night on the 29th May is the official celebration to commence the festival and chance for you to meet and hear from talented authors in person.

Festival Programme - June Author Sessions

The Peninsula Writers Festival Author Sessions will run from 5th June through to 26th of June with two sessions held each Thursday at 1.30pm and 3pm in Whitianga.

The eight talented New Zealand authors participating in the festival include Giorgio Allemano, Des Hunt, Mark Vette, Nick, Michael and Anya Stride, Niva Kay, Ginney Deavoll, Russell Skeet and Stephanie Parkyn.
