Carol Bryson Taylor, a local artist, painted a large and eye-catching mural in Coghill Street which remained there for many years. It depicted our timber industry and aspects of shipping, milling and the tenacious folk who founded our town.

Carol’s daughter, author Coralie Daniels, will tell us about her publishing journey and her research. Books will also be on sale at a special price.
