Anzac Day Service for North Whitianga

The ANZAC day parade and service in Matarangi will be held in Matarangi. All are welcome to attend this Anzac Day Service. 

Matarangi Anzac Day Schedule

  • Civic Parade 10.30am - For those that wish to participate in the parade please assemble at corner of Cordyline Crescent and Ake Ake Ave to form up and march
  • Anzac March 10.45am - Parade will form and march down to the fire station
  • Anzac Civic Service 11am - will follow at Matarangi Volunteer Rural Fire Force Station (near the shopping centre).

Wet Weather Plan for Matarangi ANZAC Serivce

In the event of bad weather the parade will be cancelled and the service will take place inside the fire station.

Laying of wreaths in Matarangi
