Solar Energy Solutions
Photovoltaic Panels Off Grid System
The energy captured by the panels is supplied to an inverter/charger which maintains and charges the storage batteries, while also converting stored energy into AC power suitable for domestic use. The stored energy can then be used to power different requirements within the house such as lighting and electrical appliances.
Photovoltaic Panels On Grid System
The energy captured by the panels is supplied to an inverter that converts the PV energy into AC power suitable for domestic use. This power is combined with the electricity grid at the house distribution board, where power metering records the amount generated by the system or consumed off the grid. Any surplus electricity generated by the PV system that is not consumed at the home is sent into the grid and credited against the electricity bill.
