We named our restaurant Clove  because it holds special significance for us. In Indian culture, this spice is cherished not only for its distinctive taste but also for its soothing and restorative qualities. To us, Clove represents comfort, warmth, and healing — the same feelings we hope guests experience when they dine with us: a sense of ease, rejuvenation, and being well looked after. And there’s a playful side too: when you split the word, ‘C’ and ‘Love’ become C-Love — Curry Love — which is exactly what we aim to share.
