We are seeking a candidate who is:

• Motivated and Physically Fit: Enthusiastic about work and able to handle the physical demands of general maintenance duties.
• Committed to High Standards: Ensures the school environment is always tidy, safe, and welcoming. Responsible and Shows Initiative: Able to proactively identify and resolve minor maintenance issues, particularly during the afternoon shift.
• Good Communication Skills: Capable of clearly interacting with students, staff, parents, and contractors.
• Independent Worker: Able to follow instructions accurately and efficiently manage tasks when working unsupervised, especially during closing procedures.

Essential Requirements

• Maintenance and/or Building Background/Experience: Proven practical skills in general repairs, decorating, minor plumbing, and basic grounds maintenance.
• Current Driver's Licence: Necessary for local errands or accessing equipment.
• Commitment to Safeguarding: Must be willing to undergo a police check as required for working in a school setting.
