Join the Wāhi Tukurua team as we push forward with our waste minimisation initiatives!

Volunteer Roles Available

Help wanted: Chatty, cheerful, treasure-spotting humans!

Our shop is humming but needs a few more volunteers to keep things looking fresh. Morning (9–12) or afternoon (12–3) shifts.

Just help refresh stock, tidy displays, process sales at the till and chat with customers - easy, meaningful, and fun. Self-starters encouraged.

About our Recycling Centre

The centre is a place where reusable items can be rescued from landfill, repaired, and rehomed.

How Can You Help?

Whether you can spare a couple of hours each month or want to dive deeper into working on this awesome initiative, every contribution makes a difference!

If you are great with tools, love sorting treasures, or just want to be part of something good, we need you — and there’s a place at this new site for everyone.
