About these Deli Assistant Roles

We are looking for a foodie and people person!

You'll be part of a team of 10 staff where you will need to have great communication skills. The Deli team  are responsible for ensuring the Delicatessen case is presented in an appealing manner at all times thereby encouraging customers to make purchases.

This is a fast paced and customer focused role while also undertaking appropriate Delicatessen Food preparation specific tasks as applicable to the store e.g. cooking chickens, making and preparing cheeses for cheese bar,  making sandwiches, preparing platters and other customer orders,  preparing school lunches, slicing meat and making salads.

You will need to be someone with their finger on the pulse, as this is a busy department with lots on the go at once, remaining calm under pressure will be a strong skill of yours.

• Monday, Friday and Saturday
• Part time position - hours will be discussed in the interview process.
