As a Checkout Supervisor you will be responsible for monitoring and managing customer flow and checkout operations to ensure the appropriate number of checkouts are open at all times to deliver the best customer experience and keep queues as short as possible!

You'll act as a role model for the Checkout Team and keep morale high … even when it gets stressful! Our supervisors also monitor the security of the checkout area, handle customer feedback courteously and strive to always deliver exceptional customer service.

You'll build great relationships across all departments to ensure the speedy resolution of customer queries. We're looking for someone who will take real pride in their place of work by making sure the checkout area always looks great and who is 100% committed to delivering the BEST customer experience.

You'll need

• Experience working as a supervisor or a Checkout Operator in a fast-paced environment – this is a great opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their customer service career
