Swap Start/End

Kauri 2000 Trust is a long term project that supports and advocates to recreate significant stands of kauri on publicly-owned land on the Coromandel Peninsula.

Join the Kauri 2000 Trust to learn about and recreate the kauri forests on the Coromandel Peninsula.

How it works

  • Using funds from donations, Kauri 2000 buys kauri seedlings and prepares the land for planting
  • During the winter months, volunteers carefully plant the seedlings, creating the forests of tomorrow
  • Anyone can take part. Why not plant a kauri for a loved one?

Please see the Kauri 2000 website to make a donation.
