Situated on the east coast of the Coromandel Peninsula, Hot Water Beach is situated on geothermal fissures from where heated volcanic springs seep up through the sand. With the help of a spade one can create handmade hot spas on the beach. Hot Water Beach is also popular with surfers, but take care as there are strong rip tides.

Great family accommodation. They are open plan with a queen bed on the main floor and two small singles on a mezzanine floor. All our villas are fully self-contained with an ensuite bathroom and full kitchen facilities. All bed and bath linen is provided.

Comfortable and private, especially for couples who like to indulge a little while on holiday. They are open plan with king bed and sofa, kitchen, bathroom and TV.

ENSUITE VILLAS - From $140 for 2 People
A very popular choice with a beautiful outlook on to our grounds. There is also a pull out couch available to accommodate 2 children.

ENSUITE UNITS ~ from $130 for two people
Our Ensuite Units are a great choice for families, with full bathroom facilities and sleeping four people. There is a queen bed in the open plan lounge and a separate bunk room especially for the kids! All bed and bath linen is provided. These units have televisions, a heater, large decks, BBQ's and also contain a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Any cooking can be done on either the BBQ or in the main share facilities.
DELUXE CABINS ~ from $80 for two people
These are an rewarding option for the traveller on a tighter budget. They are open plan with queen bed, TV, Fridge, Toaster, jug and all linen supplied. All cabins are within an easy walk to the clean and tidy main ablution and kitchen facilities, available at your convenience.
FAMILY CABINS ~ from $100 for two people
Our Family Cabins are clean, affordable and are ideal for families or groups travelling together. The cabins have a queen bed and single bunk beds, sleeping 5-7 people. All bed linen is provided. Our Family Cabins now boast televisions, have large decks, a shared BBQ area and also contain a fridge, heater and jug. All cabins are within an easy walk to the clean and tidy main ablution and kitchen facilities, available at your convenience.
QUEEN, TRIO AND TWIN CABINS ~ from $75 for two people
Our Queen Cabins are clean, affordable and are perfect for couples. Our Twin Cabins contain twin beds, sleeping two people and our Trio Cabin option contains a trio bunk set sleeping up to three people. The queen bed is made up with all bed linen provided. They also contain a small bar fridge and heater. All cabins are within an easy walk to the clean and tidy main ablution and kitchen facilities, available at your convenience.
