No Holds Bard - A Michael Hurst

What to Expect

Michael Hurst brings a powerful performance to the stage playing four of Shakespeare's greatest creations - come and be enchanted by each of them!  The evening includes a 30 minute Q&A with Michael Hurst.

Michael Hurst plays a troubled character whose marriage and career is on the rocks.  His character is an aging thespian who is confronting his demons in what he hopes will be a final “dark night of the soul”. Unfortunately his demons are as crazy as he is. Roll out the Shakespear greats:
  • a foul-mouthed Macbeth
  • a confused Hamlet
  • a know-it-all Othello
  • and a really hungry King Lear
An outrageous and, at times, profound view into one actor’s attempt at self-destruction.
