The swimming pool is based in the grounds of Mercury Bay Area School in Whitianga. It is available for the public to enjoy for extended summer periods of the year and for limited hours during term time. The pool is heated and has lifeguards on duty.

• Student/Child/ Senior Citizen $3
• Pre-schooler $2
• Family (2 adults, 2 children) $10
Concession cards are also available.
Please note supervision pool rules:
Children under 10yrs old must be accompanied by a caregiver 18yrs or older with children under 8yrs actively supervised
Children under 6yrs must be within arms reach of their caregiver
Children 10 & 11yrs must be accompanied by a caregiver 14yrs or older
Children 12 & 13yrs old may swim without a caregiver providing they are a proficient swimmer (at the lifeguards discretion)

The Trust is supported by a committed group of community members, business sponsors, funding organisations, clubs and the school community.
