Rules Of Membership:
Borrowing toys -
• An annual membership fee must be paid in full before hiring toys.
• Each toy has a small hire fee
• You may hire the toys for 2 weeks
• You may hire up to 10 toys at any time
• We suggest that you keep these toys separate from you own toys, when play is finished, to make it easier when it comes to returning them.
• Please return the toys clean and tidy - as you would like to receive them.
• No toys will be issued while there are overdue toys and or/fees outstanding.
• Sorry we do not supply batteries.
Overdue Toys -
• Over due toys will incur a fine for each week they are overdue. This will be the hire price per toy for the overdue period involved.
• Persistent lateness in returning toys may result in cancellation of your membership.
Lost / Broken Toys -
• Toys will be checked with you by the duty person when issued and returned.
• Toys sometimes break even in normal play. Please notify us if there are any missing or broken parts when you return the toys so they can be taken out of circulation.
• Where there is extensive or frequent damage, a contribution towards the cost or repair or replacement may be requested at the discretion of the Toy Library Committee.
