The Lost Spring Pina Tini Cocktail
This cocktail is the perfect summer treat. Tropical cocktail recipes don’t get any better than this Piña Tini, trust us!
This delicious cocktail is a modern twist on two favourites. Combining both a Pina Colada and a sweet Martini. This cocktail went down a treat at The Lost Spring when they celebrated the Mercury Bay Seafood festival and has since become a firm 'iconic' favourite.
INGREDIENTS TO CREATE THIS DELICIOUS COCKTAIL
- 60ml Rum (Bacardi)
- 60ml Pineapple Juice
- 30ml Coconut Cream
- 15ml Blue Curacao
- Slice Orange
- Handful of Ice
Get a Martini Glass, Cocktail Shaker and Strainer
In an ice filled cocktail shaker combine rum, pineapple juice and coconut cream. Shake well and strain into a martini glass.
Drizzle blue curacao down the side of the glass and garnish with cherry and slice of orange.
To drizzle the Blue Curacao down the side of your glass easier, pour it over the back of a teaspoon down the side of the glass.
